• Knowledge in GIS substations up to 220 KV
• Knowledge in Protection relays functions and settings
• Knowledge in LCC / Protection schematics
• Plan, schedule, and oversee all electrical testing and commissioning activities on the project.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and clients to ensure timely execution of commissioning tasks.
• Review and approve electrical test procedures, method statements, and commissioning plans.
• Ensure that electrical systems (e.g., switchgear, transformers, , UPS, control systems, etc.) are tested according to standards.
• Monitor pre-commissioning and commissioning progress and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Ensure that safety procedures and risk assessments are followed during testing and commissioning works.
• Maintain and manage commissioning documentation, including checklists, test reports.
• Coordinate SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and energization activities.
• Support handover and close-out documentation, defects clearance, Standby calls including O&M manuals and as-built documentation.
