SENIOR PEOPLE AND CULTURE MANAGER

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior People and Culture Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of strategic HR including Employee Experience and Engagement, Employee Relation and Compliance initiatives across our business units.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Driving HR strategy and people management best practices.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Lead employee lifecycle programs (onboarding, engagement, performance, offboarding).
- Developing and implementing robust systems, policies, and procedures
- Oversee complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Leading and developing staff while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory HR role in different industries like hospitality, facilities management, property management, retail and real estate.
- GCC experience (2+ years) is a strong advantage
- Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Qatar
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role
