Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and update calendar
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Perform various administrative duties.

Experience:
- Power BI: 7 years (Required)
- Team handling: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Power BI certificate (Preferred)
