As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will provide support in delivering People & Culture services to our colleagues. You will also provide assistance and support to the management and leadership team by handling and resolving colleagues’ issues. As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will act as P&C Generalist and will be responsible for employee relations, assist learning and development, compensation and benefits, health and safety, and other team-based activities.
What you will do
We are looking for individuals who possess a high proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and have working knowledge of HRIS systems ex. Workday, Skybayan, etc.
The ability to possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office is essential.
Applicants must also have high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants must be an organized people and have an attention to details attitude.
Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
What you bring
Minimum two years of experience in People & Culture (HR) in a luxury hotel and/or resort
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a large scale HR/ P&C operations is ideal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well with a diverse team
Strong knowledge of People and Culture operations.
Strong command of the English language
A working knowledge of People and Culture.
Strategic, analytical and employee friendly and warm personality.
