We are the reputable construction company based in Qatar, known for delivering high-quality infrastructure and building projects. We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Executive Secretary to provide support to our senior management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to company executives
- Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics
- Draft, review, and format letters, memos, reports, and other documents
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information
- Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and government agencies
- Support in tracking project documentation and deadline
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant
- Experience in the construction or contracting industry in Qatar is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Knowledge of Qatar labor regulations and administrative procedures is a plus
