Job responsibilities:
1. Onboarding and Employee Life Cycle Management
Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, including offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.
Manage QID (Qatar ID), RP (Residency Permit), and health card processes in coordination with PRO.
Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain employee files in compliance with Qatar labor law and internal audit policies.
2. Payroll and Compensation
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time using WPS (Wage Protection System).
Handle salary adjustments, overtime calculations, and deductions.
Manage end-of-service benefits (gratuity) and final settlements in line with Qatari labor law.
Coordinate with Finance and external auditors for payroll-related queries and compliance.
3. Administrative Support & Office Operations
Oversee office administration, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance, and utilities.
4. Government Relations (Support with PRO)
Liaise with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage employee visa applications, RP renewals, medical exams, and other legal documentation.
5. Compliance and Record Keeping
Ensure all HR records and administrative documents are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
Experience with HRMS/ERP Software
Strong command of MS Office Suite:
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
