Position: VRF Technician
Location: MIC (Mesaieed Industrial City), Qatar
Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on project requirements)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Technician to join our team for a 3-month project in MIC. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VRF HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install VRF indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant piping, and control wiring.
- Commission and test VRF systems, including checking gas pressure, electrical circuits, and system performance.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on VRF systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in VRF systems (especially Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, or similar brands).
- Interpret HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other technicians to meet project timelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in VRF system installation and servicing.
- Diploma / ITI in HVAC, Mechanical, or relevant trade certification.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
- Previous work experience in Oil & Gas or industrial sites is preferred.
- Must have a valid QID with NOC or be on a Freelance visa.
