Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a valid QID, transferable NOC, and be ready to start without delay. The role primarily involves repair and maintenance of office air conditioning systems, with occasional support for general technician duties as required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of office air conditioning units (split, window, and central systems)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and ensure prompt repair
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain logs and reports for all maintenance and repair activities
- Assist in general maintenance tasks and basic technical support work (plumbing, electrical, etc.) as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all tasks
- Coordinate with the facility manager for daily and emergency maintenance needs
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an AC Technician (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repairs for other maintenance tasks
- Technical diploma or certification in Air Conditioning or related field is a plus
- Good understanding of HVAC systems and safety standards
- Valid QID and transferable NOC – mandatory
- Must be ready to join immediately
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to handle multi-task technician duties
