- Install and maintain fire fighting systems including fire pumps, diesel engine, sprinkler systems, wet risers, hose reels, fire extinguishers, and FM-200/CO₂ systems.
- Perform routine inspection, testing, and commissioning in accordance with QCD and NFPA standards.
- Carry out troubleshooting and repair of faulty systems and components.
- Maintain proper documentation, including daily reports, test records, and maintenance logs.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, isometric layouts, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all work is executed in compliance with Qatar Fire Code and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other technicians for proper execution of work.
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fire fighting system installation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with QCD regulations, NFPA codes, and Qatar Fire & Life Safety standards.
- Experience in working with systems from top brands like NAFFCO, Ebbit, Excel, Tyco, Kidde, etc.
- Valid QID and transferable visa required.
