Systems Administrator

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a skilled System Admin to join dynamic IT team in Qatar. As a System Admin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will be vital in managing our systems, providing technical support, and implementing security measures. This permanent, full-time position requires an experienced professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Ensure system security through regular updates, patches, and monitoring.
• Administrating infrastructure resources in the cloud (Azure, Oracle, Office 365) extensively with all Azure services such as Resource group, AVS, Virtual Machines, Storage, Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Azure active directory, Azure AD Domain services, Azure security, and others.
• Manage and maintain disaster recovery (DR) procedures, backup solutions, and site replication.
• Administer Azure DR solution using recovery services, and storage configuration & troubleshooting.
• Configure Azure AAD and AD connect servers with High availability.
• Configure APP proxy, MFA, SSPR and SSO to secure on-prem/cloud services.
• Administering, monitoring, configuring, and securing VMware vSphere ESXi clusters in multiple data centers.
• Implementing, configuring, and monitoring various new system projects.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly,
• Managing Windows Server infrastructure components (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File share and Exchange).
• Patching & managing Infrastructure & cloud vulnerabilities.
• Daily Operation, monitoring and troubleshooting System health, Data center activities, Server firmware upgrade and maintenance periodically.
• Appling Data Restore Procedure and document Test Recovery cases.
• Proactively monitor systems health by physically inspecting environment and utilizing the provided monitoring tools such as SCOM.
• Managing AD Policies, Group Policies (GPOs) and meet Security compliance.
• Handle storage configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in IT systems administration. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven 10 Years of experience as a System Admin.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, including services like Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Azure AD DS, VNets, Load Balancers, Azure Site Recovery, and Storage accounts.
• Strong understanding of Office 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) and Azure Active Directory security features (MFA, SSO, SSPR, Conditional Access).
• Strong knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
• Deep knowledge of VMware vSphere ESXi, cluster management, and virtual infrastructure performance tuning.
• Solid experience with Windows Server technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File Services).
• Proficiency in disaster recovery planning, backup tools, and replication technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
