Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire CRM system, ensuring it is functional and meets the business needs.
- Design and implement a CRM strategy to strengthen advertiser relationships, boost lead generation efforts and define workflows with tailored CRM journeys and automations.
- Oversee the development of lead generation strategies, manage leads and contacts within the CRM system, plan and execute tailored campaigns, and ensure seamless workflows for transferring leads to the commercial sales teams
- Develop targeted CRM campaigns for existing and potential clients, communicating new advertising packages, promotions, and opportunities that align with their business goals
- Analyze data collected by the system to derive insights that can influence business strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and campaigns. Pull data into live dashboards and provide detailed reports to guide management’s decision making.
- Coordinate between different departments such as sales, marketing and distribution to ensure the CRM strategy is integrated and aligns with overall business goals.
- Train other team members on how to use CRM tools effectively, maximizing the investment in CRM technology.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing or sales with hands-on experience in CRM, automations, and customer journey design.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system is required.
