Job Title: Cleaning & Housekeeping Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate cleaning and housekeeping projects.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Assign tasks to cleaning teams and manage workforce deployment efficiently.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- Act as a point of contact between clients and the operations team, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, inventory usage, and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning services, housekeeping, or facility management.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, materials, and best practices.
