We are looking for a motivated Soft Services Cleaning Supervisor cum Driver.
This position is a full-time on-site role for a cleaning supervisor cum driver located in and around Doha. Supervisor will work on different sites allocated.
Role of the supervisor will be:
· Overseeing and coordinating day to day façade cleaning operations on different sites allocated.
· Supervise cleaning staff and assist with the cleaning.
· Manage cleaning schedule and inspect facilities once cleaning is completed to ensure works are done to client satisfaction.
· Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
· Drive the cleaning team to and from site.
· Ensure vehicle entrusted with you is maintained and taken care of.
· Ensure site adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines ensuring all protocols and processes are followed strictly whilst on site.
· Communicate with office staff for any requirements, incidents and well as deliver all documents to the head office.
· Ensure service reports and invoices are signed and delivered to client.
Qualifications and Skills required
Must have a Qatari driver’s licence and local driving experience at least 2 years.
Any MEWP operator license advantageous.
Knowledge of façade cleaning or general Facilities Management cleaning.
Diploma in engineering / any other qualification.
Must be able to communicate in English. Arabic advantageous
