We are hiring a Junior AR Accountant to support the invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation processes. This role is ideal for someone with basic accounting knowledge and a strong interest in the F&B or hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating and sending customer invoices.
- Record incoming payments and update customer accounts.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding balances under guidance.
- Help prepare AR aging reports.
- Support reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve minor discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of all AR documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Excel and accounting software is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the finance team.
