- Conduct audits across clinical, financial, and operational departments
- Evaluate internal controls and identify process inefficiencies or compliance gaps
- Analyze billing, coding, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Draft audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with leadership to implement corrective actions and track progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare Administration (required)
- 5+ years of internal audit or healthcare compliance experience
- Certification preferred (e.g., CIA, CPA, CHIAP, CCS)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and audit standards
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
