JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, employee performance, facilities, sales, control expenses, costs, and outlet breakages.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises, coordinates and directs the prompt, efficient andqualityservice to the guest as per the standard set by the company.
- Controls and analyzes on daily basis the following:
Ø Guest satisfaction
Ø Guest Contact
Ø Employees satisfaction
Ø Sanitation, cleanliness &Hygiene (front & back house)
Ø Operational requirements
- Ensures optimum performance in each of the above areas.
- Ensures optimal service to the guest is provided while maximizing profit potential.
- Established and maintains effective employee relations.
- Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained while balancing quality and sales with daily/ seasonal staffing demands.
- To conduct stafforientation, training, on job performance, coaching and counseling.
- Develop a standard training program in the restaurant, as well as a monthlytraining calendar, implement on the job training sessions for the restaurant staffs in a way to meet the training goals.
- Produces and implement creative promotional programs for the restaurant with thegoal of maximizing sales and visibility and develops annual promotional activities calendar in coordination with the F&B Manager.
Other Duties:
Ø Incident and Accidents reports
Ø Opening and Closing duties.
Ø Update Cleaning Checklist.
Ø Monitor Staff daily attendance and overtime.
Ø Plan staff annual vacation.
Ø Perform related duties and special project as assigned.
Ø Monitor outlet logbooks.
