About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate F&B Service Supervisor to lead our service team in delivering outstanding dining experiences. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations across both restaurant and banquet services while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and train service staff to uphold 5-star service excellence across all F&B outlets.
- Oversee daily operations, including shift scheduling, team coordination, and workflow management.
- Ensure flawless table setups, mise-en-place, and adherence to service protocols (SOPs).
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and resolve service-related concerns.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings, performance evaluations, and on-the-job training for service staff.
- Enforce strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in inventory control, stock management, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead by example with a professional, guest-centric approach and strong leadership skills.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
- Exceptional guest relations and team management skills.
