Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including employee performance, facility management, sales growth, cost control, and minimizing breakages. Ensures high standards of service, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Supervise, coordinate, and direct prompt, efficient, and high-quality guest service in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance areas daily, including:
- Guest satisfaction and engagement
- Employee satisfaction and productivity
- Sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene (front and back of house)
- Operational efficiency and compliance
- Ensure optimal performance in all areas to enhance guest experience and profitability.
Staff Management & Development:
- Foster positive employee relations and maintain a productive work environment.
- Manage staffing levels to balance operational demands with service quality and sales targets.
- Conduct staff orientation, training, performance evaluations, coaching, and counseling.
- Develop and implement a structured training program, including a monthly training calendar, to enhance staff skills and meet operational goals.
Sales & Promotions:
- Create and execute innovative promotional programs to maximize sales and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop an annual promotional activities calendar.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Handle incident and accident reports.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Maintain and update cleaning checklists.
- Track staff attendance and overtime.
- Plan and schedule staff annual leave.
- Monitor and update outlet logbooks.
- Complete other assigned duties and special projects as needed.
