The ERP Support Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting SAP issues, supporting end-users, and assisting with the integration and effective use of Microsoft tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. This role ensures ERP system reliability, user satisfaction, and enhanced productivity by aligning ERP functionalities with business processes and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Provide user support for SAP applications, assisting with issue resolution and system navigation.
Assist with integration and effective use of Microsoft tools such as Power Apps and Power BI to enhance business processes and reporting.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP support roles.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- SAP Certified Associate – Support Consultant
