Amentum is seeking a Program Management Administrative Support to support our newly United States Forces Global (USFOR-G) Global Intelligence Services (GIS) contract. To provide multidisciplined intelligence operations in support of (ISO) global United States (US) military and government operations.
Responsibilities but not limited too the following:
- Meet, transport, secure initial housing, and provide orientation for incoming vendor personnel in the USFOR – G assigned AOR.
- Provide administrative contract management assistance to the in-theater PM and RM, with administrative support such as processing employee time sheets, coordinating leave and redeployment transportation for personnel in USFOR - G assigned AOR, when required.
- Work with the RM and PM to resolve PCO/COR/ACOR identified contract performance matters.
- Assist the PM and RM to report information when required by this PWS, appropriate regulations and guidelines, or when required by the COR to the local Government representative on tasking status.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- At least six years working experience in the Government as either a Government or
contractor employee providing administrative contract or logistical management support with at east two years’ experience in Iraq or Afghanistan or equivalent experience
- At least two years’ experience in Iraq or Afghanistan or equivalent deployed experience
Desired qualifications:
- Associates degree and four years of relevant experience
- Management experience, including leading large complex projects or teams
- Former Military NCO
