Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Counselor who is passionate about education and capable of playing a key role in student enrollment while also contributing to the efficient operation of our Doha center. The ideal candidate will not only meet enrollment goals but will also support daily administrative tasks, outreach activities, and team collaboration, contributing to the overall success of the center.

Key Responsibilities Student Counseling & Sales
- Conduct personalized academic consultations with students and parents to recommend suitable programs (SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, IELTS, etc.).
- Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge.
- Guide students through the entire enrollment process, from inquiry to registration.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the center’s overall revenue goals.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
- Convert leads through timely follow-up calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
- Support outreach strategies, including school visits, open houses, and educational fairs.
Customer Experience
- Act as a trusted academic advisor, ensuring students and parents feel confident and supported throughout their learning journey.
- Resolve student queries and provide high levels of post-enrollment service and support.
Center Support & Coordination
- Support the Center Manager in the day-to-day coordination of classes, scheduling, and student onboarding.
- Assist in monitoring session delivery quality and ensuring smooth program execution.
- Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to maintain center standards.
Marketing & Institutional Outreach
- Participate in events, presentations, and school/university partnerships to promote Score Plus programs.
- Support the planning and execution of BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, or education administration.
- Strong knowledge of test prep services (SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL).
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- A sales-driven mindset with a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
