As part of our exciting expansion into the GCC region, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to support our growing team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure cultural and strategic alignment with LEC's mission.
• Performance Management: Lead monthly reviews to drive accountability, development, and operational excellence.
• Employee Engagement: Address employee grievances with care, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Labor Law Compliance: Apply comprehensive knowledge of Qatar labor law to ensure full legal compliance.
• Training & Development: Support employee growth through robust training systems and learning initiatives.
• Policy Development: Draft and implement HR policies aligned with best practices and organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in HR, preferably within the education or training industry.
• Solid understanding of recruitment strategies and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex HR matters.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Qatar labor law is essential.
