Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure cultural and strategic alignment with LEC's mission.
- Performance Management: Lead monthly reviews to drive accountability, development, and operational excellence.
- Employee Engagement: Address employee grievances with care, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Labor Law Compliance: Apply comprehensive knowledge of Qatar labor law to ensure full legal compliance.
- Training & Development: Support employee growth through robust training systems and learning initiatives.
- Policy Development: Draft and implement HR policies aligned with best practices and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in HR, preferably within the education or training industry.
- Solid understanding of recruitment strategies and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex HR matters.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Qatar labor law is essential.
