Summary
Park Hyatt Doha is looking for a passionate and strategic Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and contribute to the continued success of our luxury property in Msheireb Downtown.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Sales team to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key markets
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to maximize business performance
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level sales experience in luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the local and regional market (GCC experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
