Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the creative direction, ideation, and execution of our brand across all platforms. This role blends strategic foresight with hands-on creative leadership, requiring someone who can inspire teams, craft exceptional visual narratives, and uphold the highest standards of brand excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Creative Vision & Brand Leadership
- Define and lead the overarching creative direction of the brand, ensuring innovation and consistency across all touch points (digital, print, video, experiential, etc.).
- Act as the steward of brand identity, tone of voice, and visual coherence across internal and external communications.
- Translate business and marketing goals into breakthrough creative strategies that inspire, engage, and convert.
Strategic Concept Development
- Lead ideation sessions and creative concept development informed by briefs, data, and cultural insights.
- Partner with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment between creative vision and strategic objectives.
- Guide storytelling and content creation that resonates with diverse audiences and drives emotional connection.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team including art directors, designers, videographers, and motion/graphic designers.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven team culture that encourages experimentation and bold thinking.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development through training and coaching.
Execution & Project Oversight
- Oversee the full lifecycle of creative projects—from brief to final delivery—ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Provide thoughtful critique, hands-on guidance, and final approvals for all key assets and deliverables.
Innovation & Trend Leadership
- Stay ahead of industry, design, cultural, and digital trends to maintain brand relevance and differentiation.
- Explore and introduce new creative technologies, platforms, and formats that elevate brand storytelling and audience engagement.
- Benchmark against top-tier industry standards and continuously drive the pursuit of creative excellence.
