Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction & Concept Development
- Lead the creation of original, on-brand visual concepts for campaigns, branding, digital content, and product launches.
- Deliver imaginative ideas that transcend templates and current trends.
- Address communication challenges through visually engaging storytelling and design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive creative execution.
Creative Team Leadership
- Inspire, mentor, and guide designers to elevate the quality and originality of all creative output.
- Foster a culture of creativity, curiosity, and innovation within the team.
- Encourage experimentation and bold thinking during brainstorming and creative reviews.
Strategic Visual Thinking
- Ensure all visual work aligns with brand strategy, audience insights, and business objectives.
- Advocate for design thinking—balancing user experience, storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Uphold and evolve the visual identity of the brand, maintaining integrity while pushing creative boundaries.
Execution Excellence
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of creative projects, from concept to final delivery.
- Review and approve artwork, layouts, and production materials for digital, print, and video assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of all creative outputs without compromising quality or strategic value.
