We are seeking a smart candidate with 5+ years of experience in data analytics and a deep understanding of banking card operations. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge to drive strategic initiatives, optimize card services, and enhance customer experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Understand client’s business problems and develop data-driven solutions using statistical & advanced analytics methodologies to drive business growth.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and design visualization solutions to derive actionable insights.
- Perform customer segmentation & profiling, hypothesis testing, portfolio analysis, campaign analysis and forecasting.
- Handle project and stakeholder management and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in Consumer banking (Cards) domain.
- Expertise in SQL/SAS/Python & statistical techniques.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skillset.
- Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau / Power BI (Good-to-have).
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
