Job Purpose
The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met and maintained throughout the facility. The role includes managing cleaning staff, scheduling, inventory control, and liaising with management to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas (offices, restrooms, public areas, etc.)
- Inspect completed work to ensure standards are met report deficiencies and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas based on operational needs
- Monitor use and inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment; ensure proper storage and request replenishment as necessary
- Train and guide new employees on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Address and resolve staff or client complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, incidents, and supply usage
- Assist in performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve staff productivity and work quality
- Coordinate with Facility/Operations Manager for large-scale cleaning or special requests
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in housekeeping/facilities is a plus
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cleaning operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Familiarity with health and safety standards and regulations
- Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling

Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
