Role Descriptions:
Preparing daily financial transactions, issuing disbursement vouchers and required financial transactions, preparing detailed and summarized monthly financial reports, and monitoring the implementation of disbursement operations according to applicable rules and procedures. Examining and analyzing the company records, data, and financial documents to draw attention to any errors, violations, risks, or inaccurate data in the center's financial procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing disbursement vouchers and entry vouchers for daily transactions
- Receiving invoices and completing incomplete transactions.
- Auditing the receipt and collection of revenues and their transfer to banks and maintaining related documents.
- Auditing the center's payments. Preparing monthly financial reports and monitoring their items in line with the approved general budget.
- In the event of a deviation or exceedance, the reasons are clarified and addressed, and special financial reports are prepared upon request
- Proposing procedures and improvements for the Finance Department's work Contributing to preparing the Center's estimated budget.
- Preparing reports comparing the approved budget with actual expenditures.
- Developing and increasing revenues and rationalizing spending.
- Optimal use of financial resources.
- Any other related responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of practical experience in the field of accounting or financial auditing.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic
- Work in government agencies, centers, or semi-government institutions in the field of accounting or auditing.
- Work in the banking sector by reconciling bank accounts with the Ministry of Finance in the field of accounting and auditing.
- Good knowledge of how to process the largest amount of data and prepare detailed and comprehensive reports.
- Ability to use accounting programs and Microsoft programs.
- Excellent understanding of the requirements of work in civil society organizations.
- Excellent depth of functional knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
