The Senior Draftsman/Engineering Manager develops shop drawings per the required standards and project requirements.
-Prepare and develop the shop drawing following the architectural, civil, MEP, and structural requirements for the tender/
project
-Interpret client briefs, prepare and develop sketch plans for client approval
-Conduct amendments to the prepared drawings incorporating any changes to the initial design
-Coordinates with the project engineers and/or land surveyors to produce drawings that meet the specifications
-Maintain the initial shop drawings to ensure that they are available for future reference and to prevent obsolete/
superseded versions from inadvertent use
-Coordinate with the document controller to ensure control and distribution of the shop drawings and removal or marking
of obsolete/superseded versions from points of use
-Organize and maintain drawing registers and drawing/document folders
-Arrange plotting as required
-Manage the performance of assigned team members
-Perform other duties as required

- AutoCAD: 3 years (Preferred)
