- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with design team to obtain clear specifications
- Support the design team and assigned manager with necessary drawings from concept to handover
- Creates and modifies detailed CAD drawings for project and for on-site work.
- Conducts site surveys to obtain clear specifications of project requirements
- Continuously look for and suggest ways to improve the process.
- Support Implementation Team on Project drawings as needed
- Perform any other duties assigned by direct Supervisor/ Manager
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education/Training in Technical Drafting and possess a Technical or Architectural Degree from an Accredited Architectural Drafting Program.
- 1-3 years Technical Drafting Experience in ELV
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient with Windows operating system
- MOI CCTV Design in AutoCAD is a must
- SKILLS / ABILITIES:
- Attention to details and Organized
- High level of communication skills and be able to communicate efficiently between various teams
- Candidate must work well in a team environment and possess a high level of energy, passion, and ownership for their work
- Builds relationships with internal and external contacts
- Ability to do work without full intervention. Ability to have a proactive response on design review as well.
