Workflow Automation Specialists

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Workflow Automation Specialist to join dynamic IT team in Qatar. As a key player in our Information Technology and Services division, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency across various departments. Your expertise will drive the seamless integration of technology solutions, ensuring our processes are streamlined and effective.

• Analyze current workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline SAP-related business processes such as purchase approvals, leave requests, invoice validations, and notifications.
• Integrate SAP data with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Outlook, Power BI, and Teams through API calls, OData services, and custom connectors.
• Build and maintain logic-based automation that triggers actions based on SAP events or user inputs from Microsoft applications.
• Support end-to-end business process automation (BPA) by analyzing existing manual processes and identifying automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, Power Platform developers, and business stakeholders to define automation requirements and optimize user experiences
• Ensure secure, compliant, and high-performance automation flows through effective error handling, access control, and logging mechanisms.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting tools using Power BI connected to SAP or SharePoint data sources to enhance visibility and decision-making.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in workflow automation technologies.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in IT and proven experience in workflow automation. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in workflow automation using Power Automate or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar platforms.
• Experience integrating SAP with Microsoft 365 services using OData APIs, connectors, or RPA tools.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Power BI, and Teams as automation endpoints.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200), (Mandatory).
• SAP Business Process Automation Certification (or equivalent functional/process knowledge).
• Excellent problem-solving, process-mapping, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
