Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all on-site activities for demolition, shutdown, or mechanical construction projects.
- Manage a workforce of over 100 personnel, including subcontractors, technicians, and laborers.
- Coordinate with project engineers, safety officers, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Enforce strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations and company policies.
- Resolve site issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high morale and productivity.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets technical specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in site management, with a focus on demolition or shutdown projects. Experience in heavy lift, lifting plan etc.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle large, diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, construction and Deconstruction methods, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and site documentation..
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working in industrial plants, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
