Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Managing Schedules and Appointments
2. Handling Communication
3. Organizing and Maintaining Files
4. Assisting with Office Administration
5. Preparing Documents and Reports
6. Coordinating Meetings and Events
7. Managing Travel Arrangements
8. Supporting HR Functions
Other tasks depend on the head of the department or direct reporting manager.
