- Hands-on experience with SAP Success Factor Implementation on multiple modules such as EC, Recruiting and Onboarding
- Configure and support time management module including accruals, absence management and holiday calendars.
- Manage and maintain Role-based Permissions (RBP) to ensure appropriate access control across the organization.
- Develop and maintain custom MDF objects, workflows and UI configurations.
- Collaborate with SAP HCM team to ensure accurate and timely replication of data to downstream payroll system.
- Set up and monitor integration interfaces with SAP and third-party systems using Integration Center and SAP CPI.
- Create and maintain business rules to support complex logic and automation across EC module.
- Maintain and update data models, including Corporate Data Model (CDM), Succession Data Model (SDM), and Country - Specific settings for Qatar.
- Knowledge in instance management for performing full copy instance refreshes from production tenant to test tenant.
- Strong knowledge in reporting center to develop reports in Table, Stories and Canvas.
- Strong knowledge in the solution areas like Global Benefits and Position Management.
- Must support HR end users during payroll time and to assist with data import templates during payroll period.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, IAS/IPS user sync is an added advantage.
- Having good knowledge in S/4 HANA payroll system is an added advantage
Qualification:
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors employee Central implementation and support.
- SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central is highly preferred.
