- Hands-on experience with SAP Success Factor implementation on multiple modules such as EC, Recruiting, and onboarding.
- Configure and support on on-time management module, including accruals, absence management, and holiday calendars.
- Manage and maintain role-based permission (RBP) to ensure appropriate access control across the organization.
- Develop and maintain custom MDF objects, workflows, and UI configuration.
- Collaborate with the SAP HCM team to ensure accurate and timely replication of data to the downstream payroll system.
- Set up and monitor integration interfaces with SAP and third-party systems using the integration center and SAP CPI.
- Create and maintain business rules to support complex logic and automation across EC module.
- Maintain and update data models, including Corporate Data Models (CDM), Succession Data Models (SDM), and Country Specific Settings for Qatar.
- Knowledge of instance management for performing full copy instance refreshes from the production tenant to the test tenant.
- Strong knowledge of the reporting center to develop reports in Table, Stories, and Canvas.
- Strong knowledge in the solution areas like Global Benefits and Position management.
- Must support HR end user during payroll time and assist with data import templates during payroll period.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP and IAS/IPS users' sync is an added advantage.
- Having good knowledge of the S/4 HANA payroll system is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors employee central implementation and support.
- SAP certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central is highly preferred.
