Job Purpose
The purpose of the role is to present and secure properties for sale to potential purchasers. Actively take role in negotiating marketing agreements and commission levels with vendors. The Sales Consultants main aim is to showcase Mirage Portfolio of properties in a professional manner that reflects world class organizational image and brand.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Ensure set sales targets are met and or exceeded.
·Take active role in negotiation of marketing agreements and commission levels with landlords/Developers.
·Offer outstanding customer service standards at all times, through all communication methods and channels.
·Ensure the listed properties database software is accurate and up to date at all times with lead generation.
·Manage effective feedback mechanisms for all clients and regularly take proactive steps to improve client/vendor/purchaser/agent relationships.
·Ensure effective sales process to guarantee customer satisfaction.
·Follow all leads till final conclusion.
·Ensure the End of Week Activity report is accurate and send reported within the agreed timescale.
·Keep sales update to date with property market activities.
·Seek out new opportunities and gaps in the market.
·Promote the business through various marketing channels and communications.
·Ensure the Company brand duties as requested by Senior Management as may be required from time to time
· Represent the company in all events/ exhibitions.

Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- commercial and/or residential property sales : 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Qatari Driver License (Required)
