Leasing & Brokerage Activities:
- Develop and implement effective leasing and brokerage strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
- Prospect for new tenants and brokers through networking, marketing, and other outreach initiatives.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective tenants and brokers.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Manage the lease administration process, including rent collection, lease renewals, and tenant communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing and brokerage activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and brokers.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to leasing and brokerage performance.
Marketing & Sales:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new tenants.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online advertisements.
- Maintain the property's online presence, including website and social media.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor leasing agents or brokers.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and maintain a positive team environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 05 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing and/or brokerage.
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, real estate law, and market trends.
- Proven track record of success in achieving leasing and sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant real estate software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
