Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Project Manager to join our team!
In this role, you will lead and manage the full lifecycle of construction supervision for a landmark high-rise project, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and uncompromising quality. You’ll coordinate closely with all project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution in compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading all aspects of construction supervision, technical coordination, and on-site project management.
Acting as the primary interface between the Client, Contractor, and Design Consultant.
Overseeing project scheduling, quality assurance, safety compliance, and risk mitigation.
Managing stakeholder expectations, regulatory approvals, and local authority liaison.
Ensuring strict adherence to budget controls, contractual obligations, and local building regulations.
Reviewing and approving project deliverables, technical submittals, reports, and contractor claims.
Driving project close-out and handover processes to meet operational readiness and client satisfaction.
Utilizing Primavera P6, MS Office, and construction software for progress tracking, reporting, and cost control.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
Strong leadership with excellent decision-making and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Deep understanding of construction management, contract administration, and risk mitigation strategies.
Demonstrated expertise in QA/QC procedures, project controls, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to lead high-rise, mixed-use developments in complex environments.
Proficiency in construction tools and software, including Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Minimum of 20 years of experience, including at least 15 years managing high-rise projects.
A minimum of 3 years of work experience in Qatar is mandatory .
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
Experience managing projects in The Pearl, Qatar.
Familiarity with BIM-based supervision environments and digital project delivery tools.
Strong working knowledge of local permitting processes and authority requirements.
Track record of successful project close-outs, cost tracking, and stakeholder satisfaction.
