Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly competent and experienced CFA Trainer to deliver comprehensive training to both individuals and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the CFA curriculum and a proven track record of delivering engaging, exam-focused training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality training for all levels of the CFA program (Level I, II, III)
* Customize content and delivery style based on audience needs, especially for corporate training clients
* Prepare session plans, practice questions, and supplementary learning materials
* Evaluate learner progress and provide feedback
* Support students with exam strategies and guidance
* Stay updated with CFA Institute changes and industry trends
Requirements:
* CFA Charterholder or passed all CFA levels
* Minimum 3–5 years of training experience, preferably in both classroom and corporate environments
* Industry experience will be preferred
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to engage and manage professional adult learners
* Experience with corporate training delivery is mandatory
* Willing to relocate with short notice
