- Maintenance Planning:
Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
Update and revise plans based on operational needs and unforeseen breakdowns.
- Resource Allocation:
Identify and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for maintenance activities.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of spare parts and consumables.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and monitor maintenance progress against the plan and report variances.
Prepare regular reports on maintenance KPIs, such as equipment downtime, resource utilization, and compliance with schedules.
- Data Analysis:
Analyze equipment performance data and maintenance records to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Implement systems for continuous improvement in maintenance efficiency and reliability.
- Compliance and Safety:
Ensure maintenance plans comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Conduct risk assessments for planned activities and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordination:
Work closely with operations, engineering, and quality departments to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
