We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Qatar. The candidate must be proficient in MSGP payroll software and possess a thorough understanding of Qatar’s labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process payroll for employees in Qatar, ensuring timely payments.
- Manage all payroll-related tasks, including data entry, payroll calculations, adjustments, and reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with Qatar’s labor laws and employee entitlements.
- Use MSGP payroll systems for managing payroll data and generating reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive payroll information is protected.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll management within Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar’s labor laws and payroll practices.
- Proficiency in MSGP payroll software.
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A valid Qatar driving license.
