We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with proven experience in recruitment and payroll processing within Qatar. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of hiring processes and accurate payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, agencies, and social media.
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Payroll & HR Operations:
- Collect, verify, and process attendance and timesheets.
- Assist in monthly payroll preparation, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Maintain employee records, including leave, absence, and overtime logs.
- Handle salary certificates, NOCs, and other employee-related documents.
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Qatar with hands-on knowledge of recruitment and payroll.
- Familiar with Qatar Labor Law and immigration procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel is a must) and HRMS systems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
