Position Title: Operations & Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
Rich Chocolatier is seeking a proactive and organized Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing company. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively between departments, suppliers, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers for orders, deliveries, and quotations
- Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation for staff and management
- Draft and circulate internal memos and manage document control
- Support procurement and inventory processes as needed
- Maintain organized records of company contracts, supplier data, and logistics documents
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and schedules
- Act as the main point of contact for office administration and coordination tasks
- daily and monthly reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or logistics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic document handling
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
