We’re Hiring: HR and Recruiter – Rich Chocolatier (Doha, Qatar)

Rich Chocolatier, a luxury chocolate brand based in Qatar, is looking for a talented and driven HR and Recruiter to join our team.

Position: HR and Recruiter

Location: Doha, Qatar

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 5+ years in HR and recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job ads, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Develop and execute HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals
• Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Coordinate training, team development, and engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
• Support payroll, leave management, and HR documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment (experience in hospitality or retail is a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiar with HR systems and recruitment platforms
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Professional, reliable, and discreet
