We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Male Recruiter in Oil and Gas to join our growing team.
- Screen resumes, interview candidates, and assess skills and qualifications to match job requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
- Develop strong relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and placement activities in the recruitment database.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manpower services or staffing in oil and gas industry.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidates’ skills and match them to job opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Salary will be discussed upon interview.
