Kasibeyaz Restaurant is looking for an experienced and well-presented Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering high-class customer service in a fine dining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and guest waiting lists
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with the service team to manage table seating efficiently
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hostess in a high-end or fine dining restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
