Key Responsibilities
- Promote Operational Safety Training across all AAM operational departments (Business & Shared Services)
- Implement and promote 5S principles
- Facilitate training in:
- Kiken Yochi (Hazard Prediction)
- Hiyari Hatto (Near-Miss Incident Identification)
- General workplace safety suggestions
- Lead and coordinate Safety Events, Safety SGA (Small Group Activities), and Kaizen initiatives at Gemba (actual worksite)
- Encourage a strong Safety Culture among employees and customers through structured promotion frameworks
- Conduct evaluations of training effectiveness via Gemba assessments, employee feedback, and performance reviews
- Prepare comprehensive Safety Operational Manuals, including:
- SOPs
- PowerPoint presentations
- Evaluation tools & criteria
- Guidelines, schemes, and safety policies
Requirements
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification – Mandatory
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in delivering training sessions to various levels of staff
- Prior experience in drafting or developing safety manuals and operational documents
- Background in automotive, industrial, or operational training environments is a plus
