The Helper will provide general assistance to fitters, technicians, and supervisors at the project site, ensuring smooth workflow and safe execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist fitters and technicians with tools, materials, and equipment.
Perform basic labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and cleaning.
Maintain worksite cleanliness and safety compliance.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers.
Ensure proper PPE use and adherence to safety rules.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of site experience preferred.
Physically fit to handle manual labor tasks.
Willingness to work long hours (10 hours/day, 6 days/week).
Safety-conscious and team-oriented.
