We are looking for a creative female designer to join our team as a Customer Service & Website Design Coordinator. In this role, you will meet directly with customers to understand their needs regarding website design and content. You will assist in building and updating their websites using a simple visual editor—no coding required. This position requires someone who is bilingual (Arabic & English) and holds a valid driving license, as meetings with clients may take place at various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers (in person or online) to understand their website requirements and preferences.
- Gather and organize content such as text, images, and product information from customers.
- Design and update website pages using a visual website editor.
- Create simple visuals and layouts to make the website attractive and user-friendly.
- Communicate regularly with customers to ensure their expectations are being met.
- Suggest improvements for the structure or presentation of the website.
- Provide basic guidance to customers on how to update or manage their own website content.
