Responsible for introduction, development and lifecycle management of Enterprise Fixed Services: Corporate Internet, IP VPN, Ethernet VPN, Dark fibre, Cloud connectivity, IP transit, IPTV, SIP-T, Voice, SDN, Satellite services, Secure network gateway, UC, UCaaS, and CCaaS for Business Customers to generate positive revenue and differentiate service offering. The person on the role is to manage the existing portfolios, roadmap and development of new services..
The role is require managing both internal and external stakeholders, be responsible for service P&L and commercial success of services. The incumbent has to translates market insights into commercially viable solutions that strengthen competitive positioning and accelerate business growth.
- Manage end to end portfolio of Enterprise Connectivity including but not limited to Corporate Internet, IP VPN, Ethernet VPN, dark fiber, IP transit, SDN services and IPTV) and Voice (SIP-T, Corporate FAX, PBX, NaaS, UC ) for business customers,
- Monitor product performance in terms of intake, usage and customer satisfaction and make changes as necessary,
- Oversee CPE inventory planning aligned with usage trends and budgetary targets to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Manage and execute product strategy and service roadmap for the respective area aligned with enterprise market needs and organizational priorities.
- Ensure to translate business and customer requirements into detailed product specifications and delivery plans.
- Identify portfolio gaps and proactively drive development of new services or enhancements to existing offerings.
- Lead the go-to-market process to ensure all services are delivered meeting company standards and agreed processes.
- Coordinate implementation of products between business, network and IT, customer operations and suppliers to ensure timely launch, in budget and to specifications,
- Manage cross-function project teams to deliver approved roadmap, and Ensure services meet quality standards and all the user experience expectations aligned with company guidelines.
- Ensure to implement the pricing strategy for products, perform sales and customer service training (train the trainer).
- Lead key deals and negotiations with partners and vendors And supports the Channel enablement activities to ensure channels are fit and equipped to sell and support managed portfolio.
- Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA will be considered a plus
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in working with IoT, Cloud, or Systems Integration services.
- Min 10 years of industry related experience in fixed product management with good strategic sales and marketing skills in telecoms sector.
- Excellent understanding and proven experience of the fixed connectivity, SDN and UC ecosystem and value chain
- Experience in managing complex products and programmes in a multi-dimensional environment
- Able to work with and influence senior business executives with deep understanding of customer needs and translating this into successful new products.
